Churn rate is the measure of clients or supporters who cut ties with your service or organization throughout a given time period. These clients have "churned."
The computation of churn can be clear to begin off with. Take the number of clients that you lost last quarter and divide that by the number of clients that you began with last quarter. The subsequent rate is your churn rate. For instance, an organization that began last quarter with 100 clients and lost 3 through the span of the quarter would have a churn rate of 3%.
